Cell C allows **********s contracts.

Hi am Tshepiso, A ********** contract has been open with Cell C under my name in 2020 and cell c has allowed that to occur. I filed an affidavit with one of their branches in Pretoria CBD to close and cancel the account immediatley when I noticed their debit order on my bank account, and this was in 2020. When the bank checked my credit status in 2022 it is low because of the cell c outstanding installements which still reflected in my profile with Experian and other credit bureaus. I went to another cell c branch (kolonade) again this year 2022 to file an affidavit so that they can clear my name and remove their installement balances from the bureaus. I wonder if this is a good reputation for cell c to allow ********** contracts under the names of innocent customers.
