Cell C allowing *****ulent contract under my name
A contract was opened under my name. Both contracts were opened at Germiston golden walk Cell C. I have been calling trying to find out how that is possible, how did they activate the accounts without my original ID. Are they not supposed to do credit checks before approving, I am very disappointed with their service

05 Feb 2024, 22:49I don’t have a problem bringing all that, however I also want to see the original contract that had my ID that’s if it was even attached because to me this seem like an inside job. 2 contracts opened under my name on different dates but same consultant

01 Mar 2024, 05:38I am not going to pay for **** that I do not know, I will continue reversing it until you do the right thing. How dare you allow someone to open an account using my name that time I have my ID with me, so how did that happen. You have failed dismissally when it comes to customer satisfaction
