Cell C All Network Voice packages Adverts Misleading

I recently signed up for a Cell C phone contract and one of the services I would receive per month was a: 50 minutes ALL NETWORK calls My sole motivation for getting the contract was so I could get the ALL NETWORK CALLS so I can make a few business calls when needed during the course of the month. I already have data and SMS with my existing network and WhatsApp for family. A few days into the contract I tried to make a call to an 086 number, it wouldn't allow me it kept on telling me I needed to recharge, knowing I still had my ALL NETWORK calls I confidently called the customer care centre to find out what could be the problem only to find that ALL NETWORK is actually SOME NETWORK as it didn't include 086 numbers. Why is Cell C deliberately misleading the public on their adverts it’s not ALL NETWORK. I feel so cheated. So if any of you wanted to take out an ALL NETWORK voice contracts from CELL C knowing that you will have a few business calls to make in a month don't even think about it IT'S A ****.
