Cell c Alberton city poor and horrible service!

Cell c store in Alberton city and their repair company the treatment and ***** happening is out of words. I took my smart watch on the 15th March, the watch does switch on but doesn't respond to functions , after few days I received an sms confirming that the device was booked in for repair and I should call for a quote. I called them and they told me that the device has physical damage and I should pay R2300. I denied and went to the shop because my device never had physical damage only small scrache on the edge and that won't even cause the watch from switching on. I went to the shop and ask what is exactly happening because my watch was not physically damaged, the sales lady called the repair company telling them the condition of the phone and the reason for repair. They said they'll sort it out and come back to me. No one called me, I'm the one who's busy with follow up they told me that their waiting for technician from Huawei to check the device. Today I went and nothing has been happening my watch has never been attended to but I'm paying every month, device warranty expiring on the 3rd of August 2022.im so disappointed cell c is so unprofessional especially the one in Alberton city.
