cell c airtime vanished without being used

Again!! I've just loaded R12 airtime from my capitec bank on my cell c Cell phone and minutes later my airtime and data has vanished. No calls made and no messages sent at all but my airtime is gone, I demand an explanation and my aairtime back. Regards Tshepo Makwala ********** 214
