Cell C Airtime
My experience with Cell C as of late has been very disappointing. My impression is that Cell C does not have the well-being of clients at heart. I am supposed to receive 20 min airtime on my cell phone at the beginning of every month, but this does not happen. And calling their service centre does not help at all.

02 Apr 2024, 15:06Your answer does not satisfy me. I have been with Cell C for many years with-out any problems regarding airtime. All of a sudden, now for the last couple of months there is a problem with airtime, and I had to purchase additional airtime to be able to make calls.

02 Apr 2024, 15:45The benefits stipulated above are loaded into your account based on your current plan and nothing has changed, if they are used up the user has an option to top up with airtime or additional minutes to make calls.
