Cell C aiding Hackers.

I got hacked on the 16 of March 2025, I rushed to cell C shop cresta to protect my accounts and phone numbers by doing a sim swop in the shop, they (Cell C)however allowed the hackers to stop the sim swop via a call to their customer care centre(confirmed during a phone call with Cell c ***** department). When i put in the new sim cards and logged into my accounts , the verification codes went to the hackers and I lost bank accounts and all my online profiles including email accounts and 2 cellphones which are linked to my captured email accounts. I went back to the cell c shop again and they did another sim swop , however i cannot send or receive SMS's, if I go to a shop they tell me only the technical department can get me my sms back and when I speak to the technical department they tell me only a shop can help me. In the meantime the hackers are getting control of more and more of my life while cell c are failing to get my sms working so i can receive them to my phone, they are literally aiding and enabling the hackers by refusing to fix whatever it is that is stopping my sms. i can stop the hackers if i can get my sms verification codes , but my service provider CELL C , are just watching as it happens despite numerous daily calls and visits to one of their shops! Today is 31 March 2025 - I still cant send or get sms's
