CELL C AGGGGRRRRRRR!!!!!

IM SO SICK OF CELL C on the 19th December I made a payment to cell c, sent proof, nothing allocated to my account till 20th Jan, now I get a collection email saying I owe money, yet cell c agrees they see my payment but wrong Reference was used, why send me ugly threatening emails when u see my payment and I pay every month on time
