Cell C agents will do anything to meet their targets??

Cell C consultant will make everything to meet their targets. Last year i called to have my contract cancelled but they upgraded it without my concern, i tried resolving the issue for three months then it was cancelled then I requested for a paid up letter for two months (from February-April) they didn’t give me. On Sunday i called only to find out that am owing R6500.?
