Cell C agents sales falls product information

On the 27'th of June I was contacted by Cell C with a sales call regarding a deal with a phone, smart watch and sim card. (Elevate 2 deal)

After a long conversation with the agent I was told that I will receive the deal for R499 and then I will be contacted on a later stage when I will have the watch added to the bundle.

I then, went through with the offer. I was called the following day on the 28'th to confirm banking details when this agent told me they didn't have this deal as you can't add any products to a existing contract. They stated I signed up for the +-R199P/pm Sim bundle. I then called back to cancel the contract as this is not what I had signed up for as the wrong information was given to me.

I called multiple days after to confirm the cancelation and all the agents told me they will put the request through. Only on the 9'th they called me to say the cancelation will not be possible and a amount of more than R4000.00 will need to be paid to cancel the contract.

On the 11th I went to Cell C in Menlyn Shopping center, where they told me to get a Affidavit and they will sent in the cancelation request and CC me into the email. As of today I was not contacted or email with the cancelation request on there side. ( I had call in the 17th and 18th and there was no progress on the cancelation request.)

I toked the matter into my hands and sent it in my self as in the email.

It is now the 21 August 2023 and thy are requesting that I need to pay the 2 months premium before thy will cancel my contract the I have request the day that the consulting sold me the contract.

Can someone please help me with a email address that work's or cellphone number that works the number 084 143 did not allow me to call in to Cell C.
