CELL C AGENT WORST SERVICE

<p>I just spoke with the rudest cell c agent to date. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is appaulling the level of service received. You call in to customer care to hopefully get help but if the agent unwilling to assist its quiet frustrating. She kept speaking over me and misunderstanding what it was that i needed. From the beginning she did not know what i was in need of and that alone set the tone of the call. She put me on hold a number of times without telling me that she will and switched languages amd spoke in a language she could try and intimidate me in. </p> <p> </p> <p>This was quiet disgusting. And worse of all if the call itself wasnt bad enough, she cut me while i was speaking to her and had the nerve to put me through to the ivr to rate the service. </p> <p> </p> <p>My query is still not resolved and i am still looking for assistance with it.
