Cell C agent with attitude

When I explained to Rabulani (I may have mispelt her name) earlier on today(at about 13:00) that I needed my contract cancelled for obvious reasons (cell signal) and that I did put down a notice..she could see that there was an order for it but would not cancel it for me.She advised that the person that I had spoken to before was going to call me back(said she was not allowed to give me the name).How was I going to get assurance that this lady was going to call me back, as she has not called till now.I then asked for a reference for my call with her, of which she rushed through as if I was recording it,,with an attitude.I asked her to say it slowly off which she said she hadn't heard me (could have been their signal, nothing new).I asked her to call her supervisor, and I spent quite an amount of time waiting coz at first she didn't want to call him(nothing new).When he finally got to the call, said his name is Justice then we got disconnected(this cell c anyways).I don't have a call back from these people and I want to cancel this contract.More than anything this complaint is about this agent's attitude that was very sour.
