Cell C agent is a *****, Ayanda

Last week on the 29th of March, I received a call from a Cell C sales agent, she advised me that i qualify for a Cell C contract and asked me if I was interested in taking out a contract with them. This consultant's name is Ayanda. I agreed to take the Galaxy J5, then she asked me if I want to port my number to Cell C, i agreed to that, because I want to keep my number. She then told me that since my number will be ported it will take 4 days for my handset to be delivered. So I was expecting the delivery on Monday 03/04/2017. while I was waiting for my device to be delivered, my number had already stopped working and my number was already ported over to Cell C on the 31st of March. Monday came no delivery was made to me, when I called the Cell C customer care line I was advised that my device was sent back, because they tried calling me but the number was on voicemail. This is because they tried calling me on the number that was already ported to Cell C but because a sim swap was not done yet, the number was not active. I then spoke to numerous agents and was told Ayanda who I took the contract with will call me back, which she did. Ayanda then told me my phone will be delivered on Friday 06/04/2017, the phone was delivered on Friday with one sim card, I then called the customer care line to activate my number. They told me to remove the sim card and it will be active in 24 hours. I did that. This morning when I put the sim card in, it is a different number which is ********** 265. I do not want this number, because I had requested to port my MTN number to CellC. When I called the customer care line to query this. I spoke to Mbali who advised me that I have 2 contracts active with Cell C for the exact same phones. One phone was delivered on the 31st of March and that contract is the one with my MTN number ********** 705 and the other contract is the one I got yesterday with the new number.

I did not request for 2 contracts and I only got one phone delivered to me yesterday on 06/04/2017, with a new Cell C number. I have spoken to both Mbali and Ayanda about this, I want my old number and I want these contracts to be cancelled, I cannot carry on with Cell C if this what I will have to deal with for the next 24 Months. Who signed for this other contract that was delivered on the 31st, When I got my phone yesterday, the delivery guys took pictures of my ID and My proof of address. Please investigate this and sort it out............ where on the call recordings does it say that I agreed to take two contracts. Ayanda is a ***** and she promised to come back to me, it's been an hour already no feedback from her. I need this sorted out before end of business, if I knew that Cell C agents are ******* I would have not taken this contract in the first place.
