Cell C... again... who would have thought...

Endless issues with Cell C and their contact centre again... trying to upgrade the contract; then they don't have stock, trying to cancel the contract, then they are unable to put you through to the cancellations department; goes into a cycle where you end up with customer service over and over again explaining the same thing over and again... it's just terrible. Why don't you just hand over everything to another company so they can provide a proper service and hopefully retain customers. At this rate you might as well close the doors.
