Cell C again!

I am getting so fed up with Cell C. Last week I saw some inconsistencies on my account and I phoned Cell C to ask what it was for. They couldn't tell me so I reversed the debit order. 2 days later I get an sms saying my account is in arrears. I phone them again asking why? They told me they don't know what it was all for but they have suspended my service. I made an arrangement and payd them via EFT 2 days later. (Friday the 11th of September). On Monday I phoned so they could activate it and I told them I paid via EFT and I sent proof of payment. So they activated my service again. Today they took off the debit order again!! Everytime I reverse a debit order it costs me money and I am fed up. This is not the forst time I'm having trouble. I'm now done with Cell C!!!
