Cell c after sales service

Cell c has the worst customer service in my experience of dealing witg any corporate company.

After requesting a paid up letter from them and paying an outstanding balances on the 10th of October I am still waiting for feedback on the 30th of October, after they stated it would only take 2 working days.

Do not use this service they are USELESS!!!
