Cell C after sales service

Poor service from Cell C, they messed up my debit order, contacted them 3-4 times a week for 5 weeks in a row and all their useless customer service associates says the same thing but here I am still sitting with the same issue regarding a debit order they messed up then have the audacity to tell me my credit rating is not their concern when they messed up the debit order
