Cell C after previous hassles still list me on Lucid for R39.00!!! After closing my account and confirming NO outstanding money!!

In June 2023 I complained about Cell C which refused to vancel an expired contract and charged me ridiculous amounts for unused services. I ma aged to get the account closed after visiting their head office, but now I'm penalized on my Lucid credit report for a stupid amount of R39.00!!!! This is affecting my credit score and the consultant at the time said I have NO MORE outstanding amounts and I have a photo which I took from the consultant's computer screen verifying the same!!!
