Cell C after 4 calls this month with each time being told that the arrangements have been made to pay R32 on the 25th

What in the actual ****? Just yesterday I was on the phone with cell c.. (all your calls are mos recorded?) To arrange that I will pay the ****ing R32 (yes only 32) on the 25th ... Once again at 3 o clock this morning cell c tried to debit me R32.. there is no money in my account at the moment so now fnb is charging me R105 for 'items unpaid' .. it's the second time now in a week's time so it's now already -R210 on my bank account because of cell C's... What the **** do I call you guys and spend hours on the phone to make arrangements for R32 just so you try to debit me anyways and cost me R105 from the bank...
