CELL C: Africa's most pathetic service provider

These guys are full of ****! Over 100 messages on Facebook, over 30 emails and still all they do is give me a 24-48 hour response time when I follow up on existing queries. My initial comms were on 6 Feb and has still not been resolved. My contract ended at end Jan 2019 but I am still being billed to date even after being told by cell c management that I will not be billed and that I will be refunded. Now suddenly everyone has disappeared and no one will respond to me when I ask when I will be refunded.
