Cell c Affidavit for a sim swap?
Please can cell c explain if an affidavit is required when you go into a store to do a sim swap for lost or ****** sim cards? I went into cavendish store I was aksed for one, I asked Kenilworth and Pinelands and I was advised no affidavit was needed. The store in cavendish insists that it's a cell c policy yet I have never been asked for this before and I have lost sim cards for long time.
