Cell C affecting my credit score after 1 year
Good day Cell C,
My contracts expired with Cell C in 2016 , today when I did my credit report it still shows that I owe Cell C , R212 . Rectify this with immediate effect and send an update to ALL the credit bureau's as this is not true , we still use both the numbers that was on my contract now on prepaid and If I have had anything outstanding the lines would not have worked, I spoke to the call centre about this in 2016 and now you want to show it on my credit report. Pathetic .
