Cell c advertises falsely and also doesn't repay clients they have overcharged.

I am waiting for a payout of monies owed to me by cell c for overcharging me for my contract. They are refusing to pay me. I have just emailed their customer care department to inform them that I will be taking them to the small claims court in 14 days as is law if they do not pay me what is owed.
