Cell C Advertises and sells products they don’t actually have
Cell C advertises and sells iPhone 14 that they don’t have. (East rand mall branch). Nearly a month now and still no phone.

16 Nov 2022, 04:27We were told the phone would be there in two days after renewing the contract. Every time i call i am told not yet. Nobody said anything about it being on back order. I would have been able to prepare myself and plan accordingly if i was told it will be on back order.

I ordered an iPad from FNB. FNB updates their website according to stock levels. I received my Ipad Pro two days later. So now i still need an answer. When can i expect the phone and will you be so kind as to arrange a delivery to me at no charge to me. We were specifically told: “we do not keep stock in the shop but will have it in two days”. We have alot of business with Cell C.
I ordered an iPad from FNB. FNB updates their website according to stock levels. I received my Ipad Pro two days later. So now i still need an answer.
