CELL C ADMITS TOWERS ARE BROKEN and does NOTHING!!!!

<p>For OVER A YEAR I am not able to make a call from my Cell C phone without the call being interrupted by "underwater sounds" and then dropped. NOT A SINGLE CALL without this happening. When I went into the cell c store to report it, they told me it is the signal and they can't do anything about it. After a year I could not handle it anymore and reported it to customer care - Technical department (who informed me that the shop should have reported it a year ago already and not just sent me home!).</p> <p> </p> <p>The technical department did an investigation in my area where I lived and phoned me back to tell me there is a SERIOUS PROBLEM with the towers in my area and they have ordered equipment to fix it as the problem is so big, they are not equiped to fix it. They told me they will report back in a week - THIS WAS 18 AUGUST!!! Three weeks have passed, no feedback and the problem still persist!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I can not take this anymore - I can make no call and people are not able to phone me as we get cut off CONSTANTLY!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I am able to upgrade and renew my contract BUT I WILL NOT as I want nothing to do with Cell C anymore!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>The last two reference numbers I got were SD527436 and ********** 637</p> <p> </p> <p>CAN CELL C PLEASE MAN UP and let me know when they plan on fixing their towers - this is **************** as I am paying for NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
