Cell C adminstraion extremly poor
I cancelled my contract end of April 2019. My last statement showed that I had a credit on it and after numerous phone calls, emails and hanging on to listen to endless minutes of the call centre tune I still haven't been paid out what is due to me
Guess I will have to write of then

Our records indicate that the refund was processed on 29/05/2019. It takes 3 - 7 working days to reflect in your bank account.
