Cell C administrative Failure
I requested a paid up letter for this account since August.I have followed up weekly with either email or calls and have not received my letter to date.The call this morning was dropped without a call back.I called again and spoke to Tshegoftso and she has failed to provide a reference number as promised by SMS. This account is showing as current and unpaid and this affecting my credit score
I cannot understand why this would be so complicated.I am still a prepaid user and have had the same number for almost 14 years yet the service recieved is honestly terrible
