Cell-C added costs to my Debit Order for Added Service I did not request
This month my Cell C bill was at least R600.00 more than normal, they said I loaded added service bundles - 900min voice bundle etc. which I never did in March. I would like some clarity regarding this, because how do I pay for something which I did not request or buy bundles?
