Cell C

Good day

May you please assist cell c has been deducting money out of my bank account for services which were not rendered. No handset no benefits like data or airtime which was received. I called them asking to cancel this but they never did, they kept on deducting and i reversed cause i had no business with them. They handee the Debt to CSS who is sending me threatening messages that they will take legal action. Worse of all that CSS never called me to hear my side of the story. I am sick and tired of this Cell C is just *****ing people. It happened with my niece as well, she lost her job which she was a contract so she cannot longer pay. Instead they block the sim card to even receive calls, so how do they expect her to apply for a job as she cannot receive calls so that she can pay them.

Service of CellC is very pathetic and they are *****ing people and eating their money
