Cell C activates insurances without my permission

<p>I bought a phone with a cell c a long time ago. I then asked for insurance and it was never activated however i never knew. Shortly my phone was ******. I went to cell c to report this and they informed me that i have no insurance. I was so furious and i said leave it, i wont buy from you guys again. I have a new phone bough cash not with cell c. I checked my bank statement last month to see Cell C is taking money out of my account. Is this not *****? I've phoned customer service twice and still no one called me back.</p>
