Cell C activated Contracts without my knowledge

Cell c Open 2 new contracts under my profile that I did not apply for For each contract I Must paid R312. It means it is R630 for both of them. According to me it was supposed to be Prepaid. As I never ask for new contracts as I can not afford it and I will never even paid R315 for 5gig /night and 5gig day. Even previously there was items activated on my account without my knowledge. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
