Cell C accusing me of arrears account while having no account with them

As I just said. I was never handed over for anything. I was 't in arrears. I wanted to end the contract since it was a data ontract and I couldn't use it because there were no proper data network. They made me a quotation on how much I must pay for early cancellation and I paid that whole amount and paid up the contract at Hazyview Cell C shop at the time and cancelled it. Thereafter I took the prove of payment to your shop and they cancelled the contract. Never got any account or any notice whatsoever after that.

Look at your system. You will see that. Now all of a sudden after 2 or three years (maybe more) I am getting harassed by these emails?

Check my ID and check this ema above there is an 'account' number.
Easy as that. Check your system and see that I have no account.

Listen! I'm getting really annoyed now!

I'm getting real fed up.
I want to take you to court and mak a plan lot of money from cell c for defamation of character, false accusation and harrassment!!

Send me the "proof" of this alleged arrears account (full info, what accounts what type of contract dates etc etc, AND why this was never brought to my attention until these harassing emails began only a few months ago looking like unprofessional spam mail??


You did nothing with my previous complaint other than to say you will call me.

I DON'T want to be called, I want you to STOP sending me emails alleging I owe you anything after I CANCELLED my useless cell contract maybe 3 years ago and even paid for early contract ending!!!! Maybe more than 3 years. While there still was a cell c shop in Hazyview.

Contact the guy that was the manager of that shop at the time and he will confirm that he assisted me in ending AND paying up my contract!!!!!

The specific day I finished with useless cell c I had to go and pay up my contract including early cancelation fees at Checkers next door.as he said they don't take payment at cell c shop. I then returned with the payfast proof of payment and hr cancelled!!!!

Last I ever heard!!! Not one email nothing!!!

Now all of a sudden! Css solutions sends me this bull ****!!!

I'm am gonna fight this and not gonna leave it. I want cell c in the court and in the press and i social media, ever where. Exposed!!!!!

Unless: 1. you immediately stop sending me these harrassment and false accusations
2. You send me written apology AND satisfactory renumeration because you making my name look bad on the credit bureau.
I will accept any renumeration the court will usually accept for defamation of character

I an NOT going to let this matter go...
You can't just go fabricate accounts and claim people are in arrears. That's ********. I suspect *****!

Anyway opening a case at the police and WILL take civil action. You gonna have to pay ME cell c!

And in the meantime the harrassing e-mails continue to accuse me that I have a current unpaid arrears account. I really can't believe that after my first complaint here that after a week they still had the audacity to send me that same email again! (Today again claiming I have this account).

I sent this e mail 6 days ago in answer to the reply I got from "sm" in which he/she explained that after my contact was cancelled I was apparently billed again. An that supposedly the reason I am "in arrears".

The person did not reply to this email:

I asked to pay my full amount and to pay up my contact so that the matter would be finalized and closed. The manager at the cell c shop confirmed that I was finished and the contract cancelled.

There must be ***** going on on cell c side.
Why don't they reply to this email?

How does Cell C close an account that is still owing? While the store manager confirm it is paid up and closed? If your claims are at all true, why didn't Cell C inform me after I closed this account or sent me a single email or phone call that I am owing? Why after 3 years you start to harass me weekly about this?

I tell you to stop immediately to send these mails to me. I am going to report you and cell c to the NCR!

The matter still isn't settled.
I now need a written apology from CSS solutions and I am now going to take action in reporting tgis matter to NCR.
This cannot go on.
Cell C even sent me paid up letters but your collections department keeps on harassing me.

And yet again today, I received an email from you threatening to pay an account that does not exist anymore

When is this going to stop? Go back on this thread and check how long have you been promising me it would be stopped and you would check the matter.

I now have no choice to report this as it is against the National Credit Act to do this and to harass people for what they're not owing.

Harassment occurs when a debt collector continually contacts a consumer in relation to the same debt, when that consumer has already paid the debt, explained to the debt collector that the debt has been disputed and has given the debt collector proof of same, or has referred the debt collector to his or her attorney.
