Cell c accounts PATHETIC!!!!!!

After 10 years of being a loyal client. For 10 years my account had no defaults no problems from my side. For the last 3 months I am in a struggle to make full payments, After calling 60 times to get the so called "back office" to call me I still havn't heard anything from them to make an arrangement. Want my lines activated and advice on how I can get this done but nobome can assist me. Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
