Cell C Accounts pathetic
What poor service from account department.
Lodge a complaint that my contract has 2 entries where I only have 1 . My debit order is debited with R 1100.00 to much fro 3 months now already . Begin Jan 2019 I was promised this will be fixed . No reply from Emails and held on for 40 minutes to be transfered eventually hang up who can wait for 40 minutes on a phone.
