Cell C Accounts is Useless!

Cell C has gone from a good service provider to the most useless from all of them!

I have never dealt with any Service Provider worse than these useless people.

Their account department does nothing to assist customers.

My account gets suspended even though every month on the 1st my payment is made. Every month the same thing.

Why am I not on Debit order? Because of a previous Cell C accounts mess up where my Identity was ****** from Cell C.

Can any manager of any Director with half a sense of customer service sort this out?

I doubt it, why? Because from the sounds of it, it is rotten all the way.
