Cell c *********** Accounts Department

I took out a contract with cell c phone and a Sim contract . I paid up to date and even although my 1phone was ****** and it had my contract Sim in. I initially tried so money times to call them and do a Sim swap and honestly the call cantre is absolutely useless and it never happened so I just end up paying until my contract was over. My contract ended and the more I told them I am not interested in extending a new contract and to cancel my Sim contract as well cell c whether it is over a recording Line with an agent or you go into the cell c branch and get them to put you through to the accounts department to cancel my debits as the debiting for a Sim Card I do not have and haven't used for about 2 years or more but the debiting R200 without any shame.

DO NOT GO WITH CELL C BECAUSE IT'S THE PEOPLE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO MAKE THE BRAND AND SEEMS OVERALL ***********. BECAUSE NOW THEY JUST *****ING MY MONEY EVERY MONTH.

STICK TO VODACOM AT LEAST THE STAFF ARE MORE COMPETENT MAKING YOUR EXPERIENCE BETER.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE FROM CELL C LOOK INTO MY ACCOUNT AND PAY BACK THE MONEY AND PAY BACK THE MONEY THAT IS DEBITED EVERY MONTH WITHOUT CONSENT AS I DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT ANYMORE AND I FOLLOWED THE CORRECT PROCEDURE NOT TO CONTINUE WITH A MONTH TO MONTH AS I DON'T EVEN USE THE SIM AT ALL
