Cell C accounts
I have been a client of Cell C for more than 10 years with no problems whatsoever.
Since August this year, suddenly my account has been a disaster. How can I pay with debit order and then receive threatening messages of my service being disconnected? I have to phone my bank almost every month to reverse incorrect debit orders. I have contacted the call centre for the fifth time, just to once again be told that they will look into the matter and phone me back....which NEVER happens... Extremely poor service !!! I will never recommend anyone to make use of Cell C
