Cell c account up to ****

For 6 months I am struggling with my debit orders to go off. Beginning of October I changed my banking details. Know come November again my debit order did not go off. Today 2 November 17h30 I phoned them to get details so that I can pay them with eft every month. First they cut me off just after I answered all security questions. Then I phoned again. They told me I am lying on my security questions. I asked them which questions they have a problem with sorry they are not able to help me. I gave them all the information again. Sorry they can't help me I need to put down the phone and phone again. I was so angry I called the lady over the phone a useless piece of ****. I want this to be sorted out by the 5th of November. Cell c will phone me and my debit order details will be sorted out. I have 3 contracts with them and all 3 they do not take the debit orders and is not willing to help me when I want the help to get the accounts paid and then they want to cut my lines because they do not take the money or want to help me.
