Cell C account still not sorted out

Again nothing has been done. I have just called Cell C as the account should be sorted out and it is not. I went on leave with a broken phone driving on the road praying that something does not happen to me as Cell C is not allowing me to do the upgrade. Please urgently call me to get this sorted as you are about to loose 3 contracts from me.
