Cell c account not updated at Transunion and XDS credit bureaud

I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH CELL C TO UPDATE MY UP TO DATE CELL C ACCOUNT no *** reflecting at Transunion and we xds credit bureaus? I don't understand what is so difficult in forwarding all credit bureaus payment information?I am so tired of calling the customer service and even speaking to legal, they asked me what is credit bureau? Really imcompatent staff cell c must really train their people properly it's frustrating and it's almost 2 months and nothing still reflects at Transunion and XDS, I urgently need this sorted pls, I mean I've had this account for 7 years how can it not be reflected as paying every month?
