Cell C account not closed

A few months ago I was called by a cell c agent offered me an upgrade on my account. I refused right away on the call, I then received an email stating that my cell phone is on its way. I rep**** to the mail immediately and got a response via email saying my query is being processed. The renewal email was on the 22 September 2015, I then responded and go reference number *** from email saying its from mervin Peterson. Today I get a bank transaction sayin cell c debited funds from my account. I am certainly confused as I have never wanted another cell phone from cell c contract. I feel I am being ****** for my money after all the effort on cancelling yet I get a debit from something I have not taken. This is not right.
