Cell C ACCOUNT DISPUTE

I have logged this complaint with Cell C on numerous occasions. I previously had an account which was settled in September 2021 but keeps showing negatively on my credit score. Last year I managed to dispute this account on all credit bureau platforms and it finally seemed to have worked - Cell C even emailed me an updated statement reflecting a balance of R0.00 owing dated 02.06.2023. Now I have recently received an update on my credit score with this account back again with a balance of R201 updated on 12.12.2023. I am seriously so fed up with this account affecting my credit negatively. Calls to head office itself are not yielding assistance.
