Cell C Account Closed in 2021 but Cell C has my account status as Active till this day. Why ?

I haven't had any accounts with CELL C since early 2021. Why is this account still active on Clear Score after all these years? Please contact Experian and kindly sort out this account. I thought I was done dealing with Cell C. I would like my clear score to reflect that account is closed and has been since 2021.

Please. I did not have a good experience with Cell C and will most likely never be a customer in any regard or puchase any items from there. You not updating your details with credit bureaus is just the nail on the coffin.

Anyway. Please contact Experian ad advised by Clear Score. I reached out to Cell C 4 months ago and no update has been made as yet.
