Cell C account cancellation but debit orders continue?!

Honestly my experience with Cell C was great when it started and it seemed ok when I downgraded my contract but wow!!! So I went from a Pinnicale 100 to Pinnicale 30 but I get a debit order of R99 for a month to month contract of R30. I have called them in Jan I was told that there where arrears which fine I made Money available for. I was charge R379 for owing only R30, each time I call I’m told that there is no record of my account and that the contract has been closed but yet every month without fail I get a debit order of R99. I called legal but no one answered my call, I waited for 30min waiting for my call to be answered and the bank is refusing to cancel my debit orders even when I have a recording of the call stating that there’s no arrears the account is closed so they don’t get why I’m still being debited when the account was closed and settled last year already! Come on guys! This is pathetic!
