Cell C account

i took out a contract for a Wi-Fi Roeter for R199.00 a month that is top up, I specially asked them that if i want more data how can i do it. Then they told me that i can just buy data and reload it on that nr. Sure for R199.00 a month i will take it. Now i got a email that say that I owe the R1176.72 for the services. I did phone them after half an hour i got through, then they told me that they've put me on an open plan. I've never agreed to that i have an topup agreement with them. I told them they can come and collect the router as i will not do any business with cell c ever. OOOO No they cant collect it as its been used. Yes its been used if you can connect but thats also a struggle. Cant speak to a manager as they are not available as always. I will not pay that monies as i did not agree to that open plan thing. I agreed to the R199.00 per month as top up. Now they are thinking everybody is Fu**ing retards to just pay, well ive got news for them I will not fuc**ing pay them a cent.... They are *****ing, lying bull ****ters and the worste place to have a contract.
