Cell C account

Good day,

About a 3 years ago I had a cell phone contract with cell c by the end of the contract I closed the account and went into cell c and the consultant told me I only owe them R100 and odd I paid and I was done this was in 2020. Last year I get a call from lawyers stating I owe cell c an outstanding amount of R910 and that I should pay it ect I made arrangement never the less and made payments. December 2022 I get a call from the lawyers stating I owe R300 and if I would like to make stellement payment so I said no I will be paying it just as I made arrangements when they called me the first time. January 13th I get a sms stating it's been hard over again to the lawyers and that I must make a payment of R393,50 so I called the lawyers asking what is going cause why was it handed over again they couldn't explain nor did they send a email explaining why I have that amount owning. They tried calling me today I picked no one answers. I called back speaking to the consultant she explains to me why was it re-handed but not in so many words cause I still don't understand why the consultant started shouting and not listening to what I was saying. And not explaining fully and she stated owe them now R416 and the amounts keeps changing. I would like as customer better communication to why is this account being re-handed and cell c should have better lawyers assisting them with there arrears. Shapiro shaik & defries associates has no way of speaking with clients. Ans this stage I am furious.
