Cell C Account ***

Good day, <br> <br> This is my 3rd time that I am complaining about Cell C regarding this account. This matter has not been resolved at all - I received one call last week regarding my problem, and never again - although the consultant promised me they will phone me back the very next day? <br> <br> I really do not know what to do? My next email will be to the media.
