Cell C accepting other peoples details for other peoples accounts

I am being bothered woth mails for arrears and so on from cell c. Just for me to call in and them to tell me the account hold is my ex. He has give my mail address to them for his accounts. We have not been to gether for 3 years now and cell c refuses to change it. Im fed up with cell c.
