Cell c

Monday 2022/01/17 I again phoned Cell c where I was told by the operator that my outstanding amount is R637.96 and by message from Cell c that my outstanding is R319. No one and no operator at Cell c always got a different version. I asked the last operator for a manager to call me and still no one has called me. A while ago maybe 2 months I app**** for credit at a different shop and it was declined reason Cell c. Cell c doesn't deducted money although monies is available to them and when I speak to an operator all they have to say is we got technical problems. I will never ever recommend anyone to take out a contract with Cell c because of the pathetic service and the fact that I can't get any credit nowhere because of Cell c.
