CELL C: Abusive of female clients & Ethically bankrupt

This provided has performed unbelievably poorly and *********ly

On 8 February, I completed documentation for a phone and contract, on 14 March I still had not hear anything and went into store and found that my documentation was not filed by the attending staff and was asked to return on the 18 March. They proceeded to try complete the process for the second time, only for me to notice that this would be at a different price value so I refused and lodged a complaint.

I followed up and only found out YESTERDAY that they are not willing to abide by the documentation I completed on the 8th of February.

I would not recommend this provided to my worst enemy, the service is tardy, UNPROFESSIONAL and DECEPTIVE.

Cell C head office has a lot to answer for letting there providers perform so poorly in their dealings with clients.
